The building remains the only southern railroad station in the nation that has been converted into a state-of-the-art convention center. The Center features 78,000 square feet of exhibit space divisible into two separate halls with 33 foot ceilings. Designed for multiple room set options, there are 22 meeting rooms of combined space to accommodate various meeting requirements. The Grand Lobby, the most prized jewel, boasting 75 foot ceilings and exquisite walls of marble is an event space where you can entertain your most important clients or host the most glamorous black tie events all while overlooking the grand fountain and expansive terminal columns.
The Center is managed by ASM Global, an organization that specializes in the operation of public facilities. ASM Global was formed from the merger of AEG Facilities and SMG in October 2019 creating a venue management powerhouse that spans five continents, 14 countries and more than 300 of the world’s most prestigious arenas, stadiums, convention and exhibit centers, and performing arts venues.
