What is the bag policy?
All bags brought into Prime F Osborn Convention Center entry points will be subject to search and must be 12” x 6” x 12” or smaller. Guests should be prepared to open all bags for security personnel. Guests may be asked by security personnel to remove certain items from bags for closer inspection. Medical device carriers in excess of the maximum bag size are permitted but will be subject to search.
What items are prohibited inside the venue?
Bags larger than 12”x6”x12” or backpacks
Outside food or beverage (with the exception of medical related food or beverage)
Cans, bottles, coolers or other similar containers
Video cameras or audio recording devices or streaming (including through use of Cell Phones & Go Pro Cams)
Tablets and iPads, Go Pros
Professional cameras with lenses larger than 6”/Standard Digital Cameras
Laser pens or pointers
Noise making devices
Projectiles (beach balls, Frisbees, etc.)
Signs larger than 8.5”x 11” (any signs management deems as inappropriate or obstructive will be confiscated); If signs larger that was purchased by Merchandise outside vendor- Signs are approved inside building.
Stickers of any kind, Sticks or poles (this includes selfie sticks)
Skateboards, skates, or scooters
Fireworks or any other incendiary device
Strollers (permitted but must be checked in at main lobby)
Selfie Sticks and Drones
Weapons of any kind or any item that can be construed as a weapon (Knives, chains, clubs or guns, etc.)
Any other item deemed unacceptable by Convention Center Management
CASHLESS CONCESSIONS & RETAIL
Does the venue accept cash?
In an effort to reduce touchpoints at each event, Prime F. Osborn Convention Center is now cashless. ATMs have been removed from the premises. In addition to traditional scan and chip options, all fixed points of sale will offer tap or scan payment options including Apple, Google and Samsung pay.
Is smoking allowed inside the venue?
Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is permitted ONLY in uncovered areas on the outside terrace levels designated as “smoking areas”.
Smoking is banned in all areas of Convention Center including the seating areas, concourses, stairwells, walkways, and restrooms (other than the designated smoking areas).
Guests who fail to comply with this policy are subject to ejection from the venue. We appreciate your cooperation and compliance with this policy.
